BLEND
Premier cru grapes in the spotlight
Réserve Exclusive Premier Cru Extra-Brut is the perfect reflection of the Champagne region and exudes the sensory character of the appellation's Premier Cru Villages where the grape varieties are sourced.
Meticulously sourced grapes
A harmonious blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay, Réserve Exclusive Premier Cru Extra-Brut is a true flavour enhancer. Its minerality and poise are a reflection of its origins, while it clearly expresses the different terroirs from the five Premier Cru areas: South of Côte des Blancs (chalk), Coteaux d'Epernay (where chalk converges with limestone-clay), South of Montagne de Reims (chalk), North of Montagne de Reims (chalk) and Montagne Ouest (clay-limestone/sand).
Vinified in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks.
Cellar-aged at least 3 years.
Drinking occasions: 10-12°C.

TASTING NOTES
Over time, Réserve Exclusive Premier Cru Extra-Brut reveals complexity and great depth, subtle flavours and a wealth of aromas.
Appearance: Clear and golden in colour and dazzlingly bright.
Nose: sweet notes of acacia honey, pear, white fruits and fresh citrus.
Palate: A sense of place permeates and dominates the Champagne from the outset; from the typical mineral character of the chalky Côte des Blancs slopes after rain, or the stony soils of Champagne's iconic limestone.
Next, spicy Pinot Noir from the south of Montagne de Reims brings intensity and smooth structure to this finely-chiselled wine, caressed by velvet-textured Meunier, which exudes finesse.
Finally, a salty vibrancy, together with great poise activates the tastebuds.
PAIRINGS
Effortlessly versatile, it offers endless food pairing possibilities. From aperitif to meal, Réserve Exclusive Premier Cru Extra-Brut is perfect served with raw, iodized or salty dishes such as oysters, natural scallops, Pata Negra or spicy dishes.
