The Battle of the Chefs #2 2023
A culinary and gourmet day that brought together renowned chefs from Austria, Germany and Switzerland, as well as Austrian personalities.
Participants were divided into four teams, made up of chefs and personalities, invited to share their passion and demonstrate creativity around the theme "Unleash the Bubbles".
Each team prepared a dish paired with a Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne vintage.
The opportunity to "unleash the bubbles" around food and wine pairings concocted by great figures of German gastronomy.
The result: a moment of sharing and exchange, both chic and relaxed, just like Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte!
Interview with David Geisser
David Geisser is a chef, author, and host of a cooking show in Switzerland, where he also owns his own cooking studio (Kochstudio). He has also been an ambassador for the Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte brand for over 5 years. This is his second participation in the Battle of the Chefs!
