TEVC respects your right to privacy. We take all necessary measures to ensure the security of the personal data you provide to us.

This Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter “the Policy”) describes the types of information that TEVC may collect from you or that you may communicate to us.

Thus, by visiting these Sites and communicating electronically with us, you agree to our use of indirect personal data (cookies, login information) as described in our Cookie Policy below. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must refrain from using these Sites and from communicating your personal information to us.

The Sites are not intended for minors and we will not knowingly collect, use, provide or otherwise process any personal information from minors.

Treatment :

The information collected is recorded in a computerized file by Shopify as part of the management of your order, and by HubSpot, as part of a subscription to the Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte newsletters.

They are kept for the period strictly necessary for the management of the commercial relationship, with the exception of data whose minimum retention period results from a legal or regulatory obligation or the expiry of a limitation period.

They are intended for TEVC and its possible subcontractors involved for the purposes defined below (Shopify, HubSpot).

We may collect personal information about you from various sources, including:

- Personal data collected directly, which you voluntarily communicate to us on the site when placing your order and when registering for the loyalty program, in particular via the profile page. (for example: title, surname, first name, date of birth, email address and telephone number, etc.).

- Personal data collected indirectly, automatically (the IP address of the terminal used to connect, the type of browser, the operating system, access times, etc.) or with your express consent (your purchasing habits, information about your lifestyle or preferences, etc.) when using our Site. All information collected indirectly will only be used to track the volume, type and configuration of traffic using this Site, to develop its design and layout and for other administrative and planning purposes, to identify possible fraudulent uses and more generally to improve the service offered.

When subscribing to our newsletter: email address
When ordering products on our e-commerce site: surname, first name, date of birth, email address, telephone number
When you contact our Customer Service: surname, first name, email address, postal address, date of birth, telephone number, order number, the content of your request.
When you participate in games/competitions, satisfaction surveys, polls: name, first name, email address, your content related to participation (opinions, comments, etc.)
The processing we carry out is carried out subject to your consent and meets an explicit, legitimate and specific purpose. For our part, the processing of your personal data allows us to:

• Manage our customer relationship via our CRM, in order to know you better, personalize our products and services and contact you regarding products and services that may interest you (product launch, promotional offers, VIP events, tastings, websites, promotions, etc.)

Access rights:

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as amended, known as the "Information Technology and Freedoms" law, and in accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679 relating to the protection of personal data which came into force on May 25, 2018, you have rights over your personal data:

- right of access to your data,
- right to rectify your data,
- right to object to processing (for example, request to no longer receive emails),
- right to withdraw your consent,
- right to erase your data,
- right to limit processing (your data is not deleted but we make it unavailable),
- right of portability (you receive a file with the data you have entrusted to us, or you ask us to transmit this file directly to a third party).

For security reasons and to prevent fraudulent requests, each request must be clear and precise, and accompanied by a copy of an identity document and made in accordance with the applicable legal framework. After processing the request, this supporting document will be destroyed.

You can unsubscribe at any time by changing your preferences or unchecking the 'opt-in' box on your profile or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email sent by TEVC.

Security :

We store your information in secure operating environments protected from public view. We follow industry-accepted standards for the protection of personal data. The transmission of information via the Internet and the Sites is secure. Once we receive your information, we implement strict procedures and security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Storage :

The storage and processing of your information and the use or disclosure of your information may require the transfer and/or storage of such information within the European Economic Area and its processing by staff of a provider located in such territories.

Our suppliers and service providers are bound by a contract that ensures a high level of data protection and requires (among other clauses) that they implement all necessary technical measures on an ongoing basis to keep your personal data secure.

In accordance with current legislation and regulations, we do not keep your data beyond the period strictly necessary for the purposes pursued above.

The personal data that you have completed/declared in your profile are kept for a period of three (3) years from your last activity on the Site.
Data relating to an order is kept for a period of three (3) years from your order.
The audience measurement and traffic statistics for our Site are kept for a period of thirteen (13) months.
Data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or retained to comply with a legal obligation, are archived in accordance with current legislation.

Encryption:

When you enter your IBAN on the website www.nicolas-feuillatte.com, we apply industry standards for the protection of banking data and comply with all obligations provided for by law.

When placing an order on the site, you will be automatically redirected to the transaction platform of the banking payment provider Shopify Payments.
