France won the Bocuse d'Or on Monday, January 27 at the Sirha in Lyon with Team France led by Paul Marcon and his commis chef Camille Pigot, who also won the Best Commis prize. A fine double for this young, demanding and passionate team, ahead of 24 countries competing in two events, a board and a plate.
For more than a year of preparation, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte had the privilege of accompanying Paul Marcon in his quest for this distinction, a showcase of world gastronomy, and 30 years after his father's victory, in a nod to history.
