Made exclusively from Pinot Noirs from villages classified as Grand Crus in the Montagne de Reims... This Blanc de Noirs is made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety selected from the Grand Crus classified 100% in the Montagne de Reims. Its character comes directly from the soils: balance and freshness in the northern part (on the gentle slopes of Verzy and Verzenay), while the southern slopes of Bouzy and Aÿ offer it delicate spices as well as body and minerality thanks to the vines planted in the chalk.
